Korn Ferry Advance is an enterprise coaching platform that enables organizations to manage candidate coaching programs, assignments, mentor interactions, assessments, and feedback through a centralized web application.

Core Modules

Authentication & Multi-Portal Architecture

Implemented secure JWT-based authentication supporting both Partner Experience Platform (PXP) and Customer Experience Platform (CXP) within a single enterprise application. Users selected their portal during login, and the backend validated access before issuing JWT tokens containing portal-specific identifiers such as Source Code (PXP) or Customer ID (CXP). These identifiers drove dashboard data, navigation, business workflows, API requests, and personalized user experiences while enabling shared UI components across both portals.

Performance Analytics Dashboard

Developed interactive dashboards displaying policy summaries, claims analytics, financial KPIs, commission reports, and business insights through optimized charts, reusable widgets, and responsive data visualizations.

Claims Lifecycle Management

Built end-to-end claims processing workflows including claim initiation, document uploads, validation, approval tracking, status updates, and settlement management with real-time API integrations.

Policy Management Platform

Developed advanced policy search, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and multi-criteria filtering with secure API integrations supporting high-volume insurance operations.

Role-Based User Management (RBAC)

Implemented secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) enabling module-level permissions, user onboarding, role assignments, and authorization-driven navigation across enterprise modules.

Financial Statements & Commission Management

Built financial dashboards allowing brokers to review Statements of Account (SOA), commission summaries, invoices, payment history, balances, and downloadable financial reports.

Internationalization (i18n) & RTL Support

Developed multilingual user experiences supporting Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) layouts using localization resources, translation files, and shared reusable UI components while maintaining a consistent enterprise user experience.
